New to JMO? The JMO BizHub Handbook walks through every part of the platform, step by step, and is available as a PDF.

How is my money protected?
When you fund a job the money is captured and held by a licensed payment provider — not by JMO, and not by the provider. It is released only when you approve the work, when the approval window elapses, or when a dispute is resolved.
What if the provider never starts?
Raise a dispute from the job page. You can do this any time while your money is held, including before work begins.
What if the work is not what I agreed?
Request a revision if you have revisions left, or raise a dispute. See the dispute policy.
What happens if I do nothing after delivery?
The job is approved automatically once the approval window passes and the provider is paid — so review deliverables promptly.
For providers
How do I get verified?
Verify your email and phone, then go to Get verified in your dashboard. You can upload any of:
- Valid government ID — NIN slip, international passport, driver’s licence or voter’s card. It must not be expired.
- Company registration / business name — your CAC certificate of incorporation, or business name registration certificate.
- Professional certification — a certificate, licence or accreditation for the work you offer.
Which of these you must provide depends on the categories you work in. For most categories none are compulsory. For regulated work — accounting, legal, medical, pharmacy, engineering and similar — the ones your categories require are marked Required on your verification page, and you cannot submit without them. Everything else is optional, though providing more makes approval easier.
Each document shows a tick once our team has approved it. Verification itself is always a decision by our team; uploading files does not approve you automatically.
My verification was rejected. What now?
The reason is shown on your verification page. Replace the document it refers to and submit again. After three attempts the case goes to manual escalation.
When do I get paid?
Your earnings are credited when a job is released. They become available to withdraw after a short security hold, then you request a payout to your own bank account. The account name must match your profile name.
What commission is charged?
Commission is deducted from your earnings and depends on your lifetime volume tier. The rate is fixed when the job is funded and does not change afterwards.

I did not receive my phone code
Codes expire after a short period and there is a limit on how many can be sent per hour. Wait for the limit to reset and request another. If it still does not arrive, contact us — you can verify your email in the meantime.
How do I sign out other devices?
Account → Sessions lists where you are signed in and lets you revoke any device.
Still stuck?
Reply to any notification email from us and it reaches the support team. Include the job number if your question is about a specific transaction.
